Providing personal data is generally voluntary.

However, providing certain information is necessary to:

  • process payment;

  • arrange delivery;

  • respond to an enquiry;

  • handle a complaint;

8. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to entities supporting the Controller in operating the Store, in particular:

  • the Website hosting provider;

  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Entities processing data on behalf of the Controller may use it only within the scope and for the purposes specified by the Controller, unless they act as separate data controllers.

Payment service providers, banks and courier companies may act as separate data controllers to the extent that they independently determine the purposes and methods of processing.

9. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some service providers used by the Store, in particular Google service providers, may use infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place using mechanisms provided for under the GDPR, in particular:

  • a European Commission adequacy decision;

  • the EU–US Data Privacy Framework;

  • standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission;

  • additional technical and organisational safeguards;

  • other legally permitted transfer mechanisms.

Google declares that it complies with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to the extent covered by its certification.

10. Automated decision-making and profiling

The Controller may use basic mechanisms to adapt content or products to a user’s previous activity, provided that the relevant functions have been enabled and the required consents have been obtained.

This may include:

  • presenting recently viewed products;

  • recommending similar products;

  • creating aggregated audience groups;

  • analysing the effectiveness of particular content;

  • adapting the layout or content of the Website.

The Controller does not make decisions concerning users based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them, unless the user has been informed in advance and all GDPR requirements have been met.

11. Rights of data subjects

Depending on the circumstances, a data subject may have the following rights.

11.1. Right of access

The data subject may obtain confirmation as to whether the Controller processes their personal data and may receive access to that data and information concerning its processing.

11.2. Right to rectification

The data subject may request correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.

11.3. Right to erasure

The data subject may request erasure of personal data in the cases specified in the GDPR, in particular where the data is no longer necessary or consent has been withdrawn and no other legal basis for processing exists.

The right to erasure is not absolute. The Controller may retain data where further processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

11.4. Right to restriction of processing

The data subject may request restriction of processing in the cases specified in the GDPR.

11.5. Right to data portability

Where personal data is processed on the basis of consent or a contract and by automated means, the data subject may receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Where legally applicable, the data subject may also request that the data be transmitted to another controller.

11.6. Right to object

The data subject may object to the processing of personal data based on the Controller’s legitimate interest.

Where the objection concerns processing for direct marketing purposes, the Controller will cease using the data for that purpose.

11.7. Right to withdraw consent

Where personal data is processed on the basis of consent, the data subject may withdraw that consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

11.8. Right to lodge a complaint

A person who believes that their personal data is processed unlawfully may lodge a complaint with:

President of the Personal Data Protection Office
ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A
00-014 Warsaw
Poland

12. Exercising data protection rights

A request concerning personal data may be submitted:

  • by e-mail to: dxtron@dxtron.pl;

  • in writing to the Controller’s registered office address.

The request should make it possible to determine:

  • the person to whom it relates;

  • the type of request;

  • the data or processing operations covered by the request.

Where the Controller has reasonable doubts concerning the identity of the person submitting the request, the Controller may request additional information necessary to confirm that person’s identity.

The Controller responds without undue delay and, as a rule, within one month of receiving the request.

This period may be extended in the cases provided for under the GDPR. The person submitting the request will be informed about the extension and the reasons for it.

13. Data security

The Controller uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data in a manner appropriate to the type of data, the scope of processing and the existing risks.

Such measures may include, in particular:

  • anti-spam measures;

  • protection against automated account registrations;

  • technical event logging;

  • server and e-mail protection;

  • cooperation with service providers required to protect personal data appropriately.

Despite the safeguards applied, the transmission of data over the internet cannot be regarded as completely risk-free.

  • recognising attempts to use forms automatically.

Other technologies may perform similar functions, including:

  • browser local storage;

  • pixels;

  • web beacons;

  • device identifiers;

  • scripts analysing events.

The rules concerning cookies apply accordingly to similar technologies that store information on a user’s device or access information already stored on that device.

15. Legal basis for the use of cookies

Cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the Store or for providing a service expressly requested by the user may be used without obtaining additional consent.

Their use is based on Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring that the Store operates properly and securely.

Other cookies, in particular analytical cookies, are activated only after the user has granted consent.

Consent to optional cookies is voluntary. Refusing consent does not prevent the user from making a purchase or using the basic functions of the Store.

16. Categories of cookies

16.1. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are used to enable:

  • correct display of the Website;

  • operation of the shopping cart;

  • placing orders;

  • logging into an account;

  • maintaining a session;

  • recording privacy choices;

  • securing forms;

  • preventing abuse;

  • detecting errors;

  • proper operation of the Store’s infrastructure.

Without these cookies, certain basic functions of the Store may not operate correctly.

16.2. Functional cookies

Functional cookies may enable:

  • remembering preferences;

  • remembering interface settings;

  • displaying recently viewed products;

  • using additional features;

  • embedding content from external services.

Functional cookies are activated after consent has been given, unless a particular technology is necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.

16.3. Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies may be used to collect information about:

  • the number of visits;

  • the number of users;

  • visited pages;

  • product popularity;

  • traffic sources;

  • how users navigate the Website;

  • the duration of visits;

  • device and browser types;

  • errors;

  • the effectiveness of changes introduced in the Store.

Analytical cookies are activated only after the user has granted consent.

16.4. Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used for:

  • measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;

  • creating audience groups;

  • remarketing;

  • personalising advertisements;

  • recording conversions;

  • limiting the number of times an advertisement is displayed.

The use of Google Analytics 4 alone does not automatically mean that the Store uses marketing cookies.

If Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the cookie consent panel will be updated accordingly.

17. Managing cookie consents

During the first visit to the Website, the user may be offered the option to:

  • accept all optional cookies;

  • reject all optional cookies;

  • select particular categories;

  • save individual settings.

The user may change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie management panel available on the Website.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of actions performed before the consent was withdrawn.

The user may also manage cookies through browser settings, including by:

  • blocking cookies;

  • deleting existing cookies;

  • receiving notifications when a cookie is about to be stored;

  • restricting third-party cookies.

Blocking all cookies may cause some Store functions, including the shopping cart, login or checkout process, to operate incorrectly.

18. Cookie retention period

Cookies may be:

  • session cookies – deleted when the session ends or the browser is closed;

  • persistent cookies – stored on the device for a specified period or until manually deleted.

The retention period depends on the function of the cookie and the settings of the entity providing it.

Detailed information concerning active cookies, their providers, purposes and retention periods should be available in the cookie consent management panel.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4

19. Use of Google Analytics 4

The Store uses Google Analytics 4, provided by:

Google Ireland Limited
Gordon House
Barrow Street
Dublin 4
Ireland

Google Analytics 4 is used to analyse how the Website is used and to prepare aggregated statistics concerning traffic, Store performance and interest in particular products.

Google Analytics 4 is activated only after the user has granted consent to analytical cookies.

20. Data processed through Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 may process information concerning:

  • visited pages;

  • viewed products;

  • date and time of the visit;

  • duration of the session;

  • source of entry to the Website;

  • device type;

  • operating system;

  • browser type and version;

  • language settings;

  • approximate location;

  • clicks and page scrolling;

  • adding a product to the shopping cart;

  • starting the checkout process;

  • placing an order;

  • identifiers stored in analytical cookies.

The Controller does not knowingly send directly identifying customer information to Google Analytics, such as a first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number or exact residential address.

The IP address may be used by Google while receiving data to determine the user’s approximate location.

According to information provided by Google, IP addresses of users from the European Union are not logged or stored in Google Analytics. They are discarded before the data is stored in Analytics systems.

21. Legal basis for Google Analytics 4

The legal basis for:

  • storing and reading Google Analytics cookies;

  • collecting information about user activity;

  • transferring data to Google;

  • preparing statistics concerning the use of the Website

is the user’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

Refusing consent to Google Analytics 4 does not prevent the user from accessing the basic functions of the Store or placing an order.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by changing the settings in the cookie management panel.

22. Google Analytics data retention period

User-level and event-level data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months, unless it is deleted earlier or the applicable service settings or technical limitations require a shorter period.

The selected retention period may not apply to aggregated statistical reports that do not allow the Controller to directly identify an individual user.

23. Google privacy information

Information about how Google uses data from websites that use its services is available in Google’s privacy policies and documentation.

Users may also restrict Google Analytics through:

  • the cookie management panel available in the Store;

  • browser settings;

  • browser tools or extensions that block Google Analytics.

GOOGLE reCAPTCHA

24. Use of Google reCAPTCHA

The Store uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms against:

  • spam;

  • automated submissions;

  • mass creation of false accounts;

  • unauthorised login attempts;

  • abuse;

  • automated programs and bots.

reCAPTCHA may be used in particular in:

  • the account registration form;

  • the login form;

  • the password recovery form;

  • the contact form;

  • other forms exposed to automated activity.

25. Data processed through reCAPTCHA

In connection with the operation of reCAPTCHA, the following information may be processed:

  • IP address;

  • date and time of connection;

  • device information;

  • operating system information;

  • browser type and settings;

  • language settings;

  • information about how the form is used;

  • cursor movements, clicks or other interactions;

  • the time taken to perform particular actions;

  • technical identifiers;

  • information required to assess whether an action was performed by a person or an automated program.

The scope of the information processed depends on the version of reCAPTCHA and how it has been implemented.

Google may analyse information concerning hardware, software and the manner in which the user interacts with the form in order to assess the risk of abuse.

26. Legal basis for using reCAPTCHA

The legal basis for the Controller’s processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely the Controller’s legitimate interest in:

  • protecting the Website;

  • protecting customer accounts;

  • preventing spam;

  • preventing false registrations;

  • preventing account takeover attempts;

  • securing forms;

  • protecting personal data and IT infrastructure.

Where technologies used by reCAPTCHA store information on the user’s device or access such information solely to the extent necessary to secure the form, they may be treated as essential technologies.

Where a particular version or configuration of reCAPTCHA uses technologies that go beyond what is necessary to ensure security, those technologies should be activated only after the appropriate consent has been obtained.

27. How reCAPTCHA works

reCAPTCHA analyses selected information and assigns a risk score to a particular action.

If the system considers the activity suspicious, the user may be asked to complete an additional verification task.

Failure to complete the verification may prevent the form from being submitted because, without appropriate security measures, the Controller may not be able to process the submission safely.

In accordance with current Google documentation, from 2 April 2026 the customer using reCAPTCHA acts as the controller of customer data, while Google processes reCAPTCHA data as a processor under the Google Cloud terms and the applicable data processing addendum.

28. reCAPTCHA provider

The reCAPTCHA service is provided by the relevant Google entity identified in the terms of service applicable to the Controller.

Data may be processed by Google within and outside the European Economic Area, using the safeguards described in the section concerning transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Further information about Google’s processing of personal data is available in Google’s privacy policy, terms of service and reCAPTCHA documentation.

  • changes in applicable law;

  • changes to the manner in which the Store operates;

  • introduction of new functions;

  • implementation of new modules;

  • introduction of new analytical or marketing tools;

  • changes to the scope of personal data processed;
