3. Technical requirements and electronic services
To use the Store, the Customer must have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript, and an active e-mail address. A telephone number may be required to use certain functions.
The Seller provides, free of charge and by electronic means, in particular the following services:
access to browse the offer and information available in the Store;
the order form and shopping cart;
the Customer Account;
the contact form;
the ability to post reviews of Goods, if this function is active in the Store.
The agreement for use of the order form is concluded for a fixed period and expires when the Order is placed or the ordering process is discontinued. The agreement for use of the contact form expires when the message is sent or the Customer abandons sending it.
The Customer must use the Store in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, good practice and the intended purpose of the services. In particular, it is prohibited to:
submit unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights or good practice;
attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Store, other persons’ Accounts or the IT infrastructure;
interfere with the operation of the Store, including by means of automated software, bots, malware or mass requests;
provide false information or use another person’s data without a lawful basis.
The Seller may temporarily restrict access to the Store due to technical work, updates, failures, security threats or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. Where possible, scheduled work will be carried out in a manner that minimises inconvenience to Customers.
Complaints concerning electronic services may be submitted to dxtron@dxtron.pl or in writing to the Seller’s address. The complaint should describe the problem and include details enabling a response to be provided. The Seller will respond within 14 days.
4. Personal data
The Seller is the controller of the personal data of Customers and Store users.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Google reCAPTCHA is provided in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
5. Goods, information and prices
The Store sells physical Goods only. These Terms and Conditions do not cover the sale of digital content or digital services supplied online.
Information about Goods, including descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability and prices, constitutes an invitation to enter into an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code and is not an offer made by the Seller.
Prices are stated in Polish zloty and include VAT, unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Before placing an Order, the Customer is informed of the total price of the Goods, taxes, delivery costs and any other charges payable.
When announcing a price reduction, the Seller states, next to the reduced price, the lowest price of the Goods applied during the 30 days preceding the reduction. If the Goods have been offered for less than 30 days, the Seller states the lowest price applied from the beginning of the offering period until the date of the reduction.
Photographs of Goods are for information purposes. Differences resulting from screen settings, lighting or the manner of presentation do not constitute a lack of conformity of the Goods with the Agreement, provided that the Goods correspond to the description, properties and agreed characteristics.
If Goods are used, ex-display, substandard or have a specific defect, this will be clearly stated in the description. The absence of a particular characteristic may be effectively excluded only where the Customer expressly and separately accepts this, if required by law.
6. Placing an Order and concluding the Agreement
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, except during technical interruptions.
The Customer may place an Order without registration or after logging into an Account, provided that the Store offers both options.
To place an Order, the Customer:
selects the Goods and adds them to the shopping cart;
enters the required contact and address details and, where applicable, invoice details;
selects the delivery and payment methods;
reviews the Order summary, price and charges;
accepts these Terms and Conditions;
places the Order using the button “Buy and pay”, “Order with an obligation to pay” or another equivalent label clearly indicating the obligation to pay.
Placing an Order constitutes an offer to conclude the Agreement. An automated message confirming only that the Order has been received does not yet constitute acceptance, unless its wording clearly states that the Seller has accepted the Order for fulfilment.
The Agreement is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the Order for fulfilment. The confirmation contains at least the basic Order information and constitutes confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement on a durable medium.
Before accepting an Order, the Seller may refuse to fulfil it, in particular if the Goods are unavailable, there is an obvious error in the price or description, the Customer’s details are incomplete or raise reasonable doubts, or fulfilment would be unlawful. The Seller will inform the Customer and promptly refund any payments received.
If some of the Goods are unavailable, the Seller will contact the Customer to agree on partial fulfilment, replacement of the Goods, waiting for restocking, or cancellation of the Order in whole or in part.
The Customer should verify the accuracy of the details before placing the Order. The Seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details where, despite exercising due care, the Seller was unable to verify or correct them.
7. Payment methods and deadlines
Available payment methods are presented to the Customer during the ordering process. Depending on the current configuration of the Store, they may include:
a traditional bank transfer directly to the Seller’s bank account;
an instant online bank transfer through Przelewy24;
payment by card through Przelewy24;
BLIK payment through Przelewy24;
cash on delivery, where available for the selected delivery method.
The main online payment operator in the Store is Przelewy24, operated by PayPro S.A., with its registered office at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland. Przelewy24 may provide instant online transfers, BLIK, card payments and other methods displayed to the Customer during the ordering process. PayPro S.A. provides payment services under its own terms and processes data to the extent necessary to execute the payment, acting within the relevant scope as a separate data controller.
If the Customer selects prepayment by traditional bank transfer, payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the payment details, unless a different deadline is stated in the Order summary.
If the payment deadline expires without payment, the Seller may set an additional deadline and, after it expires, cancel the Order or, if the Agreement has already been concluded, withdraw from the Agreement due to non-payment. The Customer will be informed by e-mail.
Payment by traditional bank transfer is deemed made when the Seller’s bank account is credited. Payment through Przelewy24 is deemed made when the Seller receives confirmation from the operator that the payment has been correctly completed.
The Seller does not charge a Consumer a fee for a particular payment method that exceeds the cost incurred by the Seller for using that method.
8. Delivery and collection of Goods
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer or to a selected collection point. Available delivery methods and their costs are presented during the ordering process and may include in particular:
courier delivery;
delivery to a parcel locker or collection point, including InPost or ORLEN Paczka where available;
delivery through a postal operator, where available;
personal collection from the Seller’s premises after prior confirmation that the Order is ready for collection.
As a rule, the Goods are dispatched within 5 Business Days after conclusion of the Agreement or, in the case of prepayment, after the payment has been credited, unless a different deadline is stated on the product page or in the Order summary.
The carrier’s delivery time must be added to the dispatch time. Stated delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed deadline is expressly indicated.
The Seller delivers within Poland. International delivery may be available if the Store allows the Customer to select the relevant country and delivery method or if the terms and costs are agreed individually with the Customer.
For Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer when the Goods are delivered to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier. This does not apply where the Customer independently selected a carrier not offered by the Seller, in which case the risk passes when the Goods are handed over to that carrier.
Where possible, the Customer should inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt. Preparing a damage report with the carrier may facilitate handling of the matter, but failure to prepare one does not deprive the Consumer of statutory rights against the Seller.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned, the Seller will contact the Customer. Reshipment may require payment of the actual cost of redelivery, unless the failure to collect resulted from circumstances for which the Seller or the carrier is responsible.
9. Right to withdraw from the Agreement
A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from a distance Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the statutory exceptions specified in section 10.
The 14-day period begins when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier takes possession of the Goods. If an Order includes multiple Goods delivered separately, the period begins when the last item, batch or part is taken into possession.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement must be sent before the deadline:
by e-mail to dxtron@dxtron.pl; or
in writing to: DxTron – Daniel Przybylski, ul. Cytrusowa 31, 05-830 Rusiec, Poland.
The statement may be made using the template in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions, but use of the template is not mandatory. It is sufficient for the statement to be sent before the deadline expires.
The Customer must return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Goods are dispatched before it expires.
Returns should be sent to: DxTron – Daniel Przybylski, ul. Cytrusowa 31, 05-830 Rusiec, Poland. It is recommended that the parcel include the Order number or other information enabling the return to be identified.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods, unless the Seller agrees to bear it or failed to inform the Customer that the Customer would be required to bear that cost.
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered in the Store, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
If the Customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard method offered in the Store, the Seller is not required to refund the additional difference in cost.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are returned or the Customer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur any costs for the Customer. For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund may be made by bank transfer to an account specified by the Customer.
The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The Customer may inspect the Goods to the same extent as would be possible in a physical store.
Original packaging is not a condition for withdrawal from the Agreement. However, the Customer should secure the Goods appropriately for transport. Damage resulting from inadequate packaging may affect the Customer’s liability for reduction in the value of the Goods.
10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including in particular Agreements:
for the supply of non-prefabricated Goods made to the Customer’s specifications or serving the Customer’s individual needs;
for the supply of Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of sealed Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed or combined with other items due to their nature;
where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the Seller’s control and may occur before the withdrawal period expires.
Where applicable, information that the right of withdrawal does not apply to particular Goods will also be stated in their description or during the ordering process.
11. Complaints and conformity of the Goods with the Agreement
The Seller must deliver Goods that conform to the Agreement.
For Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights, the Seller is liable for a lack of conformity of the Goods with the Agreement existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within two years of that time, unless the shelf life of the Goods is longer.
If the Goods do not conform to the Agreement, the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may request repair or replacement. The Seller may replace the Goods instead of repairing them, or repair them instead of replacing them, if the remedy selected by the Customer is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs.
The Seller may refuse repair or replacement if these remedies are impossible or would impose disproportionate costs. Repair or replacement will be carried out within a reasonable time, without excessive inconvenience to the Customer and at the Seller’s cost.
The Customer may submit a statement reducing the price or withdrawing from the Agreement where the statutory conditions are met, in particular if the Seller has refused repair or replacement, has failed to bring the Goods into conformity, the lack of conformity persists or is significant, or the circumstances clearly indicate that the Goods will not be brought into conformity within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience.
The Customer may not withdraw from the Agreement if the lack of conformity is insignificant. A lack of conformity is presumed to be significant.
A complaint may be submitted:
by e-mail to dxtron@dxtron.pl;
in writing to: DxTron – Daniel Przybylski, ul. Cytrusowa 31, 05-830 Rusiec, Poland.
Where possible, the complaint should include the Customer’s details, Order number, a description of the problem, the date on which it was identified, the Customer’s requested remedy and photographs or other materials helpful in assessing the matter. The absence of these elements does not automatically result in rejection of the complaint if its subject can still be determined.
The Seller will respond to a Consumer’s complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within that period means that the complaint is deemed accepted. The Seller applies the same period to Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights.
The costs of repair, replacement and collection of the complained Goods are borne by the Seller to the extent required by law. The method of handing over the Goods will be agreed with the Customer. Goods should not be sent cash on delivery without prior agreement.
The absence of a receipt or invoice does not prevent a complaint from being submitted. The Customer may prove the purchase by other evidence, such as payment confirmation, an e-mail message or Order history.
The Seller’s liability towards Customers who are neither Consumers nor Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights is governed by the Polish Civil Code, subject to section 16.
12. Manufacturer’s or guarantor’s warranty
Some Goods may be covered by a warranty granted by the manufacturer, importer, distributor or Seller. Information about the warranty, its duration and terms is provided in the product description, warranty document or with the Goods.
A warranty is voluntary and does not exclude, limit or suspend the statutory rights of a Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights arising from a lack of conformity of the Goods with the Agreement.
13. Reviews of Goods and user content
If the Store provides a review function, a user may post a review of the Goods that reflects their genuine experience and complies with these Terms and Conditions.
The Store informs users whether and how it verifies that reviews originate from persons who purchased or used the Goods. The label “verified purchase” may be used only for a review linked to an Order in the Store’s system or verified in another reliable manner.
It is prohibited to publish content that is:
unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or incites violence or hatred;
infringes copyright, personal rights, privacy or other third-party rights;
contains personal data of third parties without a lawful basis;
advertising, spam, unrelated to the Goods or misleading;
automatically generated, purchased or posted for the purpose of artificially increasing or decreasing a rating.
The Seller may moderate, refuse to publish, limit the visibility of or remove content that violates the law or these Terms and Conditions. To the extent required by law, the Seller will inform the author of the decision and the grounds for it.
Any person may report content they consider unlawful or contrary to these Terms and Conditions by writing to dxtron@dxtron.pl. The report should enable the content to be identified, include reasons and provide the reporting person’s contact details, unless the law permits anonymous reporting.
A person whose content has been removed or restricted, and the reporting person, may submit an appeal to dxtron@dxtron.pl. The Seller will consider it without undue delay, generally within 14 days.
14. Customer Account
Creating an Account is voluntary and free of charge. The Account is created after the registration form is completed, these Terms and Conditions are accepted and registration is confirmed, if the Store requires confirmation.
The Account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period when the Account is successfully created.
The Customer should protect their login credentials, must not disclose them to other persons and should immediately inform the Seller if they suspect that the Account has been compromised.
The Customer may close the Account at any time and free of charge by using the deletion function available in the account panel, if available, or by sending a request to dxtron@dxtron.pl.
A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the Account agreement within 14 days of its conclusion. Due to the free nature of the service and the ability to cancel it at any time, no additional costs arise.
The Seller may terminate the Account agreement for valid reasons, in particular if the Account is used unlawfully or contrary to these Terms and Conditions, security is breached, false information is provided, the Seller or other users are harmed, or the service is discontinued. Where possible, the Seller will notify the Customer in advance and allow time for the breach to be remedied.
Closing the Account does not result in deletion of data that the Seller is required or entitled to retain in connection with Order fulfilment, accounting, complaints or claims. The rules for processing data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
15. Out-of-court dispute resolution
After the complaint procedure has been exhausted, a Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including in particular:
requesting mediation from the competent regional inspector of the Polish Trade Inspection Authority;
submitting an application to a permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Polish Trade Inspection Authority;
seeking assistance from a district or municipal consumer ombudsman or a consumer organisation.
Information on available out-of-court dispute resolution methods is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/.
The European Union ODR platform no longer accepts complaints and has been discontinued; therefore, these Terms and Conditions do not refer to it as a currently available dispute resolution method.
16. Provisions applicable to business customers
This section applies to Customers who are entrepreneurs, except for Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights to the extent that the law grants them consumer rights.
The Seller may agree individual commercial terms with a business customer, including prices, payment deadlines, delivery arrangements, credit limits and complaint procedures. Individually agreed terms take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
A business customer must inspect the Goods on receipt, at the time and in the manner customary for goods of that type, and immediately notify the Seller of any defects or shortages identified, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability towards a business customer for loss of profit is excluded, and the Seller’s total liability for damages in connection with a particular Order is limited to the net value of that Order. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or where application of the limitation would be unlawful.
Disputes between the Seller and a business customer will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
17. Final provisions
The Agreements are governed by Polish law. For a Consumer, the choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the country of the Consumer’s habitual residence, where such provisions apply.
The Agreement may be concluded in Polish or English, according to the language version of the Store selected by the Customer. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the rights of a Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights arising from mandatory provisions of law. In the event of a conflict, the applicable law prevails.
An Order is governed by the version of these Terms and Conditions in force when it is placed. Amendments do not affect acquired rights or sales Agreements concluded before the amendments enter into force.
The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, including changes in law, Store functionality, payment or delivery methods, security requirements or the scope of electronic services.
For continuing agreements, in particular the Account service, the Customer will be informed of an amendment at least 14 days in advance by e-mail sent to the address assigned to the Account. The Customer may close the Account before the amendment enters into force. An amendment may take effect immediately if required by mandatory law, an authority’s decision or an urgent security threat.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 27 July 2026.
